My experience at this resort was a mixed bag. While the location offers breathtaking views and the staff, especially at the reception and dining area, were quite accommodating, I did face some challenges with the general atmosphere and certain guests behaving inappropriately. The dining options were exquisite, but the lack of peace due to noise from partying guests was disappointing.

My stay at the resort was quite enjoyable, set in a beautiful spot with tranquil valley views. The cleanliness and prompt room service brought comfort to our family, especially since we traveled with a small child. While the food was tasty, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the lack of centralized heating made our stay less comfortable on colder nights. Overall, it's a great place but could benefit from some modernization and improved heating.
